Poison Ivy: Well, if your going to customize the DC animated universe then the Ivy redesign is an obligatory piece. She is without a doubt the sexiest thing ever animated (watch out Jessica Rabbit) and I doubt we'll ever see an accurate rendition of her. She's made from a Mattel Catwoman body and a Wonder Woman head. I decided to make her when I realized that with the left over parts I could make a Cheetah figure which meant no wasted parts (except for that Batman figure- what the heck am I gonna' do with all of those two pack Batman figures?). I worked on her and the Cheetah at the same time. They both went relatively smooth and fast and were very satisfying to work on. The fist is not very characteristic of Ivy, but she donated her cat scratch hand to Cheetah, who benefitted a great deal more from it. I'm thinking about making her some sort of plant accessory in the future. |
