Steppenwolf: I love Kirby characters. My all time favorite New Gods story is "The Pact" and when I started customizing DC animated characters Steppenwolf was tops on my list. I used a Mattel Justice League Batman body and cape, a Hasbro Batman Beyond head and lots of Sculpey and epoxy putty. His sword is based on the one he used against Izaya in the comic rather than the one he carried in the STAS episode he apeared in (a little artistic liscense). It's made from a Star Wars Jar Jar weapon and sheet styrene. The skirt and the neck collar are made from Super Flex Sculpey so that the articulation is not limited. This is the first time I've ever used the Super Flex and It's really fantastic- a customizers dream come true! |
