| Opus is a limited edition sculpture of a grade draft horse gelding. He has been professionally cast in polyurathane resin by Excel-Cast Inc. and is being sold in unpainted form. Opus measures approximately 1 1/4" tall and 2" long and is limited to 80 pieces, 55 of which are being offered to the public unpainted. Ten artist proofs will be offered later in 2006. Failure to pay in the alloted time frame will result in termination of your order. No excuse will be allowed or tolerated. Please be sure you want an "Opus" and that you can pay in full on time before you place your order. If there is a waiting list for "Opus" the next person on the list will be given the opportunity to purchase any "Opus" resin order that has been terminated due to non payment. Satisfaction Guaranteed You will have ten-days to inspect your new resin. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges. The piece must be returned in good condition; packed and handled with the same amount of care I the shipper had shown when first sending him to you. When returning an "Opus" resin please include a written statement explaining why you are not satisfied with the resin. If the resin is sold to another buyer within this 10 day inspection period or altered in anyway, the guarantee is void. Copyright and Vara Notice: I, Jennifer Danza, retain all reproduction copyrights for "Opus" which include any derivative work. I also retain copyright for all forms of promotion including online, print and display. "Opus" cannot be cast by anyone else, nor can an altered or modified "Opus" be cast by anyone else. I however, transfer to the buyer photographic copyright for promotion, sales or showing. This polyurathane resin sculpture can be painted, or modified as the buyer sees fit, that includes all forms of remaking, painting techinques, and hairing/flocking methods. (Basically, have fun but dont cast your outcome.) If an "Opus" is remade and changed, potential buyers should be notified that the modified sculpture was changed and how it was changed from the original design so there is no misunderstanding. I retain all copyright and Vara rights for all "Opus" resins I decide to paint. Shipping: Shipping for "Opus" is being paid by the sculpting artist. "Opus" will be shipping to BUYERS only so that the piece can be properly inspected. Should you prefer a special service such as Fed Ex or something similar, I am happy to accomodate your request, however, you as the buyer will be responsible for the shipping should you choose a method other than the USPS.
